First off, I’m sorry for teasing you. I also apologize to vegetarians. This is my badass chicken that doesn’t even have a name other than goodness. It is a chicken breast, stuffed with ricotta and sage (not a big fan of the sage, but not bad) and then wrapped in prosciutto.
As for the photo itself, well it was while I was actually cooking it and I did use my SB-600 to lighten it up. I also then started playing with it in Topaz Adjust (I’m going to get addicted to this, please stop me).

I cooked all my veggies the night before… Not sure what I should have done with this as well. I’ll have having the second one tonight and will most likely make some potatoes with it.
